3. Client Responsibilities

- Appoint a single point of contact for providing feedback and approvals to avoid delays and miscommunication.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms
- Currency: All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
- Payment Schedule: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required to commence work. The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion and before the final website is launched or files are transferred.
- Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer or other methods as specified on our invoice.
- Late Payments: Accounts that are overdue by more than 14 days may incur a late fee of 10% of the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to pause work and withhold delivery of the final product until all invoices are paid in full.
5. Intellectual Property
Client Materials: You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to all materials (text, images, logos, etc.) you provide to us. You indemnify Cheap Websites Perth against any claims arising from your supplied materials.
Third-Party Assets: Any third-party assets (e.g., stock photos, premium fonts, plugins) recommended or purchased on your behalf will be licensed for your use. The cost of these assets may be added to your invoice.

6. Revisions and Approval

- Your formal sign-off on a design or development phase constitutes approval for us to move to the next phase. Once approved, changes to that phase may incur additional costs.
7. Project Timelines
We will make every effort to meet the projected timelines discussed. However, timelines are estimates and are contingent upon the Client providing all required materials, content, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays caused by the Client will result in an extension of the project timeline.
8. Hosting, Domains, and Third-Party Services
Hosting: Unless specifically included in your package, website hosting is not provided. The Client is responsible for securing a suitable hosting provider. We can make recommendations.
Domains: Domain name registration and renewal are the sole responsibility of the Client.
Third-Party Services: We are not liable for the performance, terms, or policies of any third-party services we may integrate with or recommend (e.g., email marketing platforms, payment gateways).
9. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Service Warranty: We warrant that our Services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner.
Australian Consumer Law: Our Services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures, you are entitled to a cancellation of the service and a refund for the unused portion. For other failures, you are entitled to have the services resupplied.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Western Australia, Australia. Both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
